Replacement Parts

The Better Backyard is an authorized reseller for a variety of premium backyard brands.  However, we sell new whole units only.  If you need replacement parts for your item, these can be obtained directly from the manufacturer.  

They will need the model number of your item.  If you have the specific part number from the assembly manual, it would be helpful.  They may ask for the place and date of purchase as well.
